Therapeutic modalities training integrated two essential courses: PSY4 (Theories and Systems of Psychotherapy) covering major therapeutic orientations and their integration, and PSY19 (Group Psychotherapy) examining the theory and practice of group therapeutic work.
The depth work explored cognitive-analytic existentialism, demonstrating how seemingly disparate therapeutic traditions can be integrated into coherent clinical practice—a theme that would continue throughout clinical training and inform the development of a pluralistic therapeutic approach.
